And its working, made this pic with my iphone, but everything is working on the aspire one

Bought myself an aspire one earlier this week. Its a nice small litttle laptop which i can use for all sorts of small tasks. Its currently set up with a tweaked version of ubuntu EEE 8.04.1.

Its running smoothe and its optimized to use the SSD as little as possible, might consider replacing it with a 1.8 inch pata drive. Since that is less prone to failure and also faster since the normal ssd in the aspire one is a piece of shit.

But overall its a nice little netbook which runs fine after you tweaked it. Ubuntu EEE on aspire one is not recommended for people who do not know what they are doing since it will not help them use the netbook better. For me its just fun to play around with it and i like ubuntu more then any other distro.

Will continue to expiriment with the netbook.

The Untouchables have been working on this boss for a little while now and are getting closer to actually killing him. Getting better at moving and shifting positions whenever needed. Now just a bit of luck and a bit more practice, and we should be okay. I will offcourse post a picture if/when we kill him.
